About Us

A new start to a trusted service. Practical Property Solutions has been formed to take our business to the next level. Originally as a sole trader, we utilised our old IT business trading name of ATDT Consultants when we first commenced our services as a buyers agent. Due to several factors, this no longer represents our focus or business identity. Our new name says what we are about, making it easier for our clients to understand our goals in helping you achieve yours.
What drives us
We hope to change the outcome for our clients by influencing their thinking about themselves and the untapped potential they have to be successful investors. Many clients return to us for our services due to our commitment to them, sourcing the right properties, assisting them along the way and making an otherwise stressful time a lot more streamlined and simple for them.

People
As we have until now never advertised and promoted our business, our client base has been developed over the last 6 years by word of mouth and referrals only. Being small enough to service our clients, and associating with other small businesses that offer a complementary service to ours. Mortgage brokers, solicitors, tradesmen, building inspectors, tile and carpet suppliers, whitegood retailers, accountants and depreciation specialists, are all available and will offer good discount for our clients. This is a free add on service for our cusomers once they have completed a property purchase through us.

Company
The role of buyers agent was developed by accident. Starting our own searches for investments to suppliment our incomes, then lead to others asking if I could help them with the process. As my then IT business was having reduced success with the advent of mass producers of computer systems such as Dell, in 2003 being a buyers agent became my full time profession. At a property seminar it was suggested to me that with the new legislation and requirements in the industry, it would be advisable to obtain a
Dip FS(Financial Planning) which I completed in December 2004. Then in 2006 I attended a course for REIQ where I completed relevant modules in Certificate IV in Property (PRD40101) to update my skills. Your benefit from this, is confidence that I am up to date with requirements and issues relating to your next property deal and will act on your behalf with confidence.
